Meditation

ReflexologyMeditation is an effective way to quiet the mind, to lead us to a clearer understanding of our reality, and instill confidence that we can proceed in grateful, mindful action with our lives. Meditation is provided in a sacred space, dedicated to being welcoming and comfortable.

As we practice we  find peace and clarity, realize our strengths and weaknesses, improve  concentration and become less judgmental toward ourselves and others. Postures may include sitting on a cushion, chair, mat or lying down. Meditation may include the use of hand mudras, which are gestures that connect us to the Divine.

Breath connects us to our thoughts and correct breathing techniques are learned to assist in relaxation. Meditation may be guided by words, done with quiet music or practiced silently. Daily practice can help bring peace and support to ourselves and those whose lives we touch.

Meditation can be available for a minimum group of 6 people at $30 for 45 minutes.
